How to View Your Settlements

Settlement Advice Search

To search for a settlement advice, do the following:

While logged into your Billbox account, go to the Settlements menu.

  • In the search bar at the right of the Settlements page, you can search with:

    • Service name

  • A list of settlement advice that match the search key will be listed.

  • Look through the list for the desired settlement advice

 

 

 

Filter by Date

To filter by date do the following:

While logged in to Billbox account, go to the Settlements menu

  • Click the date picker, select a particular date period and click Apply

  • Look through the list of possible options to select the desired settlement advice

*Refer to section 5.2 on how to effectively filter by date and time



 

Filter by Settlement Advice Status

To filter through the settlement advice by status, do the following:

Go to the Settlements menu

  • Click the field right above the Date/Time picker (as indicated in the screenshot below)

 

 
  • Select the status to be filtered by:

    • All advice

    • Generated

    • Delivered 

    • Acknowledged

    • Processed

    • Disputed

    • Cancelled

  • View the filtered options of all settlement advice with the selected status

 

 

Download Settlement Advice

To download settlement advice, do the following:

  • Go to Settlements menu

  • Search for Settlement advice to be downloaded

  • Click the Download icon in the Actions tab (as indicated in the screenshot below)

  • An Excel sheet will be downloaded
