3.1 Add Branch
To add a branch to, do the following:
While logged into your Billbox account, go to the Branches menu.

Click the Add Branch button (red arrow) to load the Add Branch form
Fill the form as shown below:

Enter the name of the branch

Enter the branch code

Select a branch manager from the Branch Manager dropdown list - this will list out all users with Branch Manager roles. If no users have been created with a Branch Manager role, the dropdown list will be empty.

Click the Save button to save the new branch
Branch Search
To search for a branch, do the following:
While logged into your Billbox account, go to the Branches menu.

In the search bar at the right of the Branch page, you can search with:

Name of branch
-
-
A list of branches that match the search key will be listed.

Look through the list for the desired branch
Edit/Update Branch
To update the details of an existing branch, do the following:
While logged into your Billbox account, go to the Branch menu.

Search for the specific branch you want to modify

Click the Edit icon (blue arrow) in the Actions tab as shown in the screenshot below

Next, the details of the branch will load up in the Edit Branch form

Make the necessary changes, then click Save
Freeze Branch
To freeze a branch, do the following:
While logged into your Billbox account, go to Branches menu

Search for the desired branch

In the Actions tab, click the info icon (blue arrow) to view branch information

Next, confirm you want to freeze the branch by clicking OK in the popup dialogue box
Delete Branch
To delete an existing branch, do the following:
While logged into your Billbox account, go to the Branches menu

Search for the branch to be deleted

Click the Bin icon in the Actions tab (as shown in the screenshot below)

Next, confirm the action by clicking the OK button in the popup dialogue box (green arrow)
